When booking, 25% of the rental amount will be payable as a advance payment, by bank transfer, check, holiday vouchers (ANCV member), or, for bookings made through the Abritel-HomeAway-FeWoDirekt-VRBO or Clévacances websites, by credit card via their respective websites.
BALANCE
The remaining is payable :
or by credit card online via the Abritel-HomeAway-FeWoDirekt-VRBO or Clévacances website, no later than 30 days before arrival (only if booked through their website)
or by French check made payable to the owner, ANCV holiday vouchers, or cash, no later than when the keys are handed over.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The tenant must pay a € 300 security deposit in addition to the balance of the rent. The security deposit can be paid :
either upon key handover, by French check made payable to the owner or in cash (in this case, unless there is damage, the check will not be cashed and the security deposit will be returned upon departure)
or no later than 30 days before arrival, by bank transfer or, for bookings made through the Abritel-HomeAway-FeWoDirekt-VRBO website, by credit card via their website (in this case, unless there is damage, the security deposit will be returned within a maximum of 14 days after the departure date)
In case of damage, the security deposit will be returned at most 1 month after the date of departure, less the amounts charged to the tenant for the purpose of rehabilitation of the premises. The amount of such deductions must be duly justified by the owner. Should be the security deposit insufficient, the tenant undertakes to make up the sum on basis of to the evidences furnished by the owner. This security deposit may not be taken as a part payment of the rental.
RECEPTION
The welcome, handing over the keys, the inventory of places, the departure, are performed by a person who will come on site and whose coordinates will be provided when booking.
FINAL CLEANING
The accommodation must be perfectly cleaned by the tenant. Otherwise, the final cleaning must be paid cash on the spot in addition to the rental price (see price list options)

CANCELLATION
•Cancellation to the tenant's initiative
In the event of cancellation by the tenant less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued. For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, a 100% refund will be issued. The owner may also request the full amount of the stay from the tenant if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival, and 50% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 14 and 30 days before arrival. If the tenant fails to arrive on the date specified in the contract and does not contact the owner within 24 hours, the rental agreement will be considered terminated, the owner may re-let the property, and any payments made will be retained by the owner, who may also request the remaining balance of the stay from the tenant.
•Cancellation to the owner's initiative
Where the owner cancels he must repay the tenant all sums paid. The tenant may claim damages, interest or compensation for financial and non-materiel loss.
•Cancellation during the rental period
When the landlord terminates the lease during the rental period, the termination must be duly justified (non-payment of rent, bounced check issued by the tenant, proven damage to the rented premises, complaints from neighbors, etc.). In this case, regardless of the reason for termination, the landlord remains liable for the full amount of rent owed. The landlord reserves the right to retain the security deposit under the conditions specified in the "Security Deposit" section.
•Early departure
If the tenant chooses to depart early, and if the owner’s responsibility is not involved, there will be no refund, except for the security deposit.
INSURANCE
The tenant is required to insure the premises entrusted or leased. It must therefore verify whether its property and casualty insurance includes the extension of vacation resort (holiday rentals). Otherwise, he must request this extension at his insurance company or take out a special insurance contract under the clause "vacation resort". At the lastest at the entrance of the premises, a certificate of insurance is required.

During your stay, you must respect the rules of the condominium "Le Clos de la Plage".
SWIMMINGPOOL
Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm during the opening period from May 15th to September 30th. Access to the swimming pool is done with a badge (attention access is automatically locked outside opening hours). It is forbidden to leave children unattended. Everyone agrees to respect the instructions posted (Shower is compulsory and prohibited: shoes, balloon or water games, animals, radios, cigarettes, spitting, food, drinks). Access is formally forbidden to anyone who is not a co-owner or renting occupant. Excessive cries are to be avoided. Everyone takes care to leave beach, showers and access clean.
TRAFFIC, PARKING and SECURITY
For safety, the traffic is at slow speed. To ease traffic and access of firefighters, EMS, etc ..., it is not tolerated to park for long periods on the access roads and along sidewalks (tolerated only for the unloading of luggage or shopping). Vehicles must be parked in their respective numbered parking spaces, their garage or on unnumbered parking spaces.
RESPECT FOR GREEN AND COMMON SPACES
Lawns, flowerbeds, installations and plantations must be rigorously respected. Children's games are not allowed in the common parts.
PETS
Pets are tolerated provided that their presence does not raise any protest from other occupants. Dogs must be leashed in the common parts and their owners must pick up their garbage. Any damage caused by these animals in the common parts remain at the expense of their owner.
NOISE and DISTURB
The occupants do not interfere with the tranquility and safety of the neighbors, avoid making noise in housing or common parts in accordance with the laws in force. They take care not to disturb the neighborhood by the use of sound devices, barbecues or devices likely to emit spurious signals.
HOUSEHOLD WASTE
Ordinary household waste, with the exception of glass, must be contained in garbage bags, placed in the appropriate container in the room provided for this purpose. The selective sorting must be scrupulously respected according to the instructions posted in the said local. The glass must be placed in the containers located in the car park of the LIDL supermarket. It is forbidden to throw debris or liquids likely to dirty the containers. Special waste (oils, paints, solvents, batteries, small household appliances, etc ...), bulky, rubble, plants are to be deposited in the waste collection of Argelès-sur-Mer.
